| 摘 要： | 四川省流行间日疟,主要传疟媒介为嗜人按蚊,其分布区疟疾病例占全省疟疾总数的90％以上。疟疾波动与嗜人按蚊在人房的密度、比例、叮人率升降密切相关。1984年以前,全省发病率低于全国平均值,以后则高于全国平均值,近年来发病率居全国之首,既与嗜人按蚊分布广,又与抗疟措施落实差有关。

| Abstract: | Vivax malaria is endemic in Sichuan and over 90% cases distributed in areas with An. an- thropophagus as the main vector. The fluctuation of malaria has evidently related to the density, constituent ratio and man-biting rate of An. anthropophagus in human room. The malaria inci- dence in Sichuan was lower than that of the average of the country before 1984, but higher than that after the year. In recent years, the incidence in Sichuan has occupied the first place in China. It is related not only to the widespread distribution of An. anthropophagus but to differences in implementing the antimalarial measures. |
