| 摘 要： | 在分析我国航运企业船舶更新工作的基础上，应用决策支持系统的基本理论和技术，对船舶更新决策支持系统的功能结构和逻辑结构进行了分析和设计，为航运企业进行船舶理新的经济分析和市场分析提供了决策依据和方法。

| Abstract: | Based on the
analysis of vessel replacement work in the shipping enterprise of China, the importance of
establishing vessel replacement decision support system is set forth. By using the basic
theories and technologies of decision support system, the basic functions and structures
of vessel replacement decision support system are analyzed and designed preliminarily. |
