| 摘 要： | 对含有噪声的电力工程图像进行滤波处理是实现其矢量化的基础。在研究了各种低通滤波算法的基础上提出了利用小波对电力工程图纸进行滤波的算法。并利用四种方法对同一图像进行滤波处理,实验结果表明,利用小波低通滤波的方法对含有噪声的电力工程图像进行处理其效果是比较理想的,良好的处理结果有利于进一步进行电力图纸矢量化的工作。

| Abstract: | The filtering of power engineer drawing with noise is the base of its vectorization. In thesis each kind of low-pass filtering algorithm is studied and the wavelet filtering algorithm is proposed. The treatement of the same image is carried on by four different filtering algorithm, the experiment results show that the effect using wavelet low-pass filtering is best than other methods,Good results will be favourable to further work of electrical drawings vectorization. |
