摘    要:基于一维流体模型,数值模拟了电极覆盖短气隙脉冲放电形成的原因和性质,并定性分析了外施电压幅值、频率以及气体间隙等外部参数对电极覆盖短气隙放电的影响.仿真结果显示,当放电间隙较小时,由于介质表面积累电荷增加,使反向电场增强,从而带电粒子数增多,即外施电压的每半个周期内,形成的放电脉冲数量越多.外施电压的幅值、频率的变化不...

Abstract:In this paper,the reasons and the nature of air-gap discharge under the insulation structure is numerically investigated on the basis of one-dimensional fluid model.The influence of the applied voltage amplitude,frequency,as well as dielectric layer characteristics on the insulation structure is discussed and analyzed.The simulation results show that,in the case of smaller gap distance,multiple current pulses can be formed in each half cycle of the applied voltage because of the increase of surface density ...
