摘    要:针对布朗工艺脱碳系统二氧化碳再生塔塔顶压力调节阀在生产运行中出现的问题,进行系统分析,确认阀门共振是事故多发的主要原因,采取有针对性的改进和预防措施。

Abstract:Problems occurred on pressure control valve PVll3A/B in carbon removal system of BRAUN process were studied. It's confirmed that the valve resonance was the main reason for accidents fre- quently happened. Improvement and prevention measures were taken.
