天然药物抗肿瘤机制的研究进展

源自于天然的抗肿瘤药物在抑制、杀伤肿瘤细胞,改善症状的同时,也在减轻放化疗的不良反应方面发挥着重要作用,因而成为近年来的研究热点;主要是通过多种机制来诱导肿瘤细胞的死亡,如诱导细胞凋亡、发挥免疫调节、抗多药耐药、抑制肿瘤细胞血管的生成等多方面因素,因而体现了其抗肿瘤作用的应用价值和广阔前景,文章就其近几年的抗肿瘤机制研究进展作扼要综述。
