| Abstract: | The development course and structure of infrared focal plane arrays are summarized in this paper. InSb, HgCdTe, and PtSi near-infrared focal plane arrays are introduced emphatically, and combined with the plan of the infrared solar tower in China, their features are compared in detail. |
