家庭功能对宫颈癌放疗患者癌因性疲乏的影响

目的：调查宫颈癌放疗患者癌因性疲乏和家庭功能现况,分析家庭功能对癌因性疲乏的影响。方法：用一般情况调查表、疾病相关因素调查表、家庭功能量表（FAD）和疲劳评定量表（FAI）,采用等额配比抽样法对新疆乌鲁木齐市3所三级甲等医院放疗科的124例宫颈癌患者进行调查。结果：宫颈癌放疗患者存在轻、中度癌因性疲乏;患者家庭功能得分低于国内常模,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,患者的家庭功能各因子与癌因性疲乏各因子Pearson相关分析呈正相关（P〈0.05）。多元逐步回归分析显示：家庭功能中的沟通、行为控制、情感介入和问题解决因子对患者癌因性疲乏有影响。结论：提高家庭成员对宫颈癌放疗患者的关爱,使患者能够比较积极乐观地面对疾病,主观感觉到的疲乏程度就相对较低,可在一定程度上预防和减轻宫颈癌放疗患者癌因性疲乏。

The influence of family functioning on cancer-related fatigue among cervical cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy

Objectives： To investigate cancer-related fatigue and family functioning status among cervical cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy, and to analyze the influence of family functioning on cancer-related fatigue. Methods： Totally 124 cervical cancer undergoing radiotherapy in three tertiary Grade A hospitals in Urumqi, Xinjiang autonomous region were recruited and investigated by demographic questionnaire, Family functioning scale（FAD）, and Fatigue Assessment Instrument（FAI）. Results： Cervical cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy had light to moderate cancer-related fatigue. Their family function scores were lower than the domestic norm and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）, Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between each dimension of patient＇s family function and cancer-related fatigue（P〈0.01）. Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that communication, behavior control, emotional involvement and problem solving dimension of family function entered the regression equation of cancer-related fatigue. Conclusion： We should improve love and care from family members of cervical cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy to help the patients face the illness with more positive and optimistic attitude and decrease their subjective fatigue perception, and to prevent and reduce their cancer-related fatigue to a certain extent.
