综掘岩巷掘进工艺优化实践

摘    要:以三元中能煤业轨道运输上山掘进为研究对象,分析掘进效率的制约因素,从组织管理、巷道支护、钻场掘进、超前探测钻孔施工及矸石转运等方面对掘进工艺进行优化.优化后,掘进进尺由150 m/月提升至220 m/月,优化效果显著.

Abstract:Taking the mountain driving of rail transportation in Sanyuan Zhongneng Coal Industry as the research object,the paper analyzes the restrictive factors of tunneling efficiency,and optimizes the tunneling technology from the aspects of organization and management,roadway support,drilling,advanced detection drilling construction and gangue transfer.After optimization,the driving footage is increased from 150m/month to 220m/month,and the optimization effect is remarkable.
