提升煤巷掘进效率的技术措施研究

摘    要:为了解决鑫都煤业因地质环境复杂导致的巷道掘进效率低下问题,通过对井下大巷掘进现状的分析,提出了以优化巷道卸压孔、优化巷道支护结构的快速掘进技术方案。新的快速掘进方案减少卸压孔1/3,巷道掘进日进尺由1 m提升到了3.2 m。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of low tunneling efficiency caused by complex geological environment in Xindu Coal Industry,through the analysis of the present situation of roadway excavation,a rapid excavation technical scheme is put forward to optimize the unloading hole of roadway and optimize the supporting structure of roadway.The new rapid excavation scheme reduces the discharge hole by 1/3,and the daily advance of roadway excavation is increased from 1 m to 3.2 m.
