摘    要:采用理论分析计算和现场监测的方法,对永定庄煤矿5102回风顺槽片帮原因及支护技术展开研究。研究结果表明:当片帮体在滑移面上的应力分量大于其抗剪强度时,巷帮将发生失稳破坏;两帮支护采用高强度锚索联合锚杆支护技术替换原有锚杆支护,可以有效改善巷帮煤体破碎情况;支护优化后的巷帮位移量为36 mm,满足安全生产要求。

Research on Reasons of Composite Rib Spalling and Support Optimization of the 5102 Return Air Channel

Abstract:By means of theoretical analysis and calculation and field monitoring,the causes and supporting techniques of the 5102 return air trough side in Yongdingzhuang Coal Mine are studied.The results show that when the stress component on the slip surface is greater than its shear strength,the roadway side will be unstable,and the high strength anchor cable combined with bolt support technology is used to replace the original bolt support,which can effectively improve the roadway side coal fragmentation.The optimized roadway displacement is 36 mm,which meets the requirements of safety production.
