摘    要:介绍了一种用于试验教学的气动机械手的结构组成及工作原理。通过PLC编程,实现了气动机械手的电气控制,顺序完成了各规定动作,并圆满完成了自动搬运任务。该机械手性能稳定,能很好地满足教员和学员的试验要求。

Abstract:The paper introduced a kind of experimental teaching for the pneumatic manipulator structure and working principle. It established a control system of the pneumatic manipulator's principle diagram through the PLC programming which achieves the electrical control for the pneumatic manipulator, and fulfills the prescribed movements order to realize the automatic handling work. The pneumatic manipulator has stable performance, and can satisfy the experimental requirements of teachers and students well.
