阿仑膦酸钠防治绝经后骨质疏松的疗效

摘    要:目的观察国产阿仑膦酸钠防治绝经后骨质疏松症的疗效。方法56例50~74岁骨量减少或骨质疏松的绝经后妇女随机分为两组(每组28人),每日给予阿仑膦酸钠10mg/d或安慰剂,两组均加服碳酸钙片和维生素D,治疗6个月。试验前后用双能X线吸收法检测腰椎和髋部的骨矿密度(bonemineraldensity,BMD),同时检测骨转换的生化指标。结果与治疗前相比,治疗组腰椎BMD平均增加5%(P<0.01),对照组各部位的BMD均下降(P<0.05);治疗组骨吸收指标和骨形成指标均降低,其中NTx下降最明显,近75.7%(P<0.001),而对照组却无显著性变化。结论国产阿仑膦酸钠能降低绝经后妇女的骨转换,增加骨量。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effectiveness of alendronate Chinese nation al product in the prevention and treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis.Methods The56postmenopausal women with osteopenia or osteoporosis were randomly divided into two groups:treated with alendronate10mg /d(28cases)orally and placebo (28cases),for6months.All subjects received600mg /d of calcium carbonate and vitamin D1000U/d.Bone mineral density(BMD)of the lumbar spine,femoral neck,trochanter and Ward' s triangle were measured by dual energy X-ray absorptiometry as well as the markers of bone turnover were analysed at the beginning and the end of the study.Results The results showed that lumbar spine BMD increased by5%in the alendronate group (P<0.01),but decreased in BMD of the lumbar spine and femur in the placebo group (P<0.05)after6months of treatment.In the alendronate group the marker of bone resorption and bone formation were signicif-icantly decreased after alendronate therapy.There were no change in placebo group.Conclusions Alendronate(Chinese national product)is effective in reducing bone turnover and promoting bone mass of postmenopausal osteoporosis.
