摘    要:刘家峡水电厂增容改造的HLA430a-LJ-550水轮机,1994年4月投运,4年后停机大修,共运行17055h。转轮空蚀状况有较大改善。本文介绍了改造过程中为提高转轮抗空蚀磨损能力进行的各项研究工作,新转轮运行工况、空蚀状况以及与1985年3月更换的不锈钢转轮的差别,对我国多泥沙河流电站提高水轮机抗空蚀磨损性能有着重要的参考价值。

Abstract:The new HLA430a-LJ-550 hydroturbine,which was put into use in LIUJIAXIA hydropower station after the rehabilitation of the 2nd hydrogenerator units in mid-April 1994, had nm for 17055 hours in total till mid-july 1998 when it stopped running for an overhaul. Compared with the former HL001-LJ-550 run ner,cavitation and abrasion performance of this hydroturbine is improved to a great extent. Present various research work done in the course of rehebilitation in order to improve the ability of the rurmer to resistcavitation and abrasion and difference between the new runner and the former stainlees steel runner in operatingcondition,cavitation and abrasion condition.Gave a reference to improv the cavitation and abrasion performance of hydroturbine in those hydroppower stations located on silt laden fiver.
