摘    要:螺杆泵井运行过程中经常出现杆柱断脱、蜡卡、烧泵等现象.除了螺杆泵产品自身存在不完善之处以外,管理方面的问题也不容忽视.螺杆泵采油各类故障的特性反应和诊断方法与其他采油方式不同,需要采用电流法、扭矩法、特性曲线法等进行综合分析判断.在油井动液面变化、转速高低、加药及洗井周期等方面,分析各种工况的主要影响因素,结合生产实际情况制定合理调整措施,避免在油井运行过程中频繁出现电流增大或发生变频自动保护停机现象.改善杆、管、泵系统工作条件,提高螺杆泵运行时率.收集了螺杆泵现场出现的一些工况种类,利用简单易行方法进行诊断分析,为螺杆泵推广应用提供技术帮助.

Abstract:For screw pump well, the following accidents, such as rod breaking, wax locking and pump burning, always happened. Except for the product qualify of screw pump; production management is also one of the sources of accident. The diagnostic reaction and diagnosis method of screw pump well is different from that of other pump well, and the combination of electric current method, torque method and characteristic curve method is needed to conduct comprehensive diagnosis. A series of operational modes of screw pump wells were collected and analyzed, which could provide technical assistance for the field popularization of screw pump.
