医学院校教学实验室管理模式的探索

摘    要:医学院校现行的课程型实验室管理存在着投入大、规模小、低水平重复建设等弊端,不利于学生综合能力和创新能力的培养。为适应教学改革与培养高素质新型医学人才的需要,近年来,成都医学院为建立实验室管理新模式进行了探索与实践。本文介绍了我校实验室管理改革的主要构想与取得的初步成效,并对今后实验室建设应注意的问题进行探讨。

Abstract:The course-based laboratory management at medical colleges and universities has the disadvantages of big investment, small scale and low-level repeated construction, which is not helpful for students to enhance their comprehensive and creative ability. A new laboratory management model has been explored in Chengdu Medical College in recent years to adapt to the teaching reform and meet the requirement of producing highquality medical talents. The article makes a brief introduction of the plan and preliminary achievements of the laboratory management reform. Furthermore, it discusses precautions for future laboratory construction.
