243例院前心肺复苏分析

[目的]探讨心搏骤停患者院前心肺复苏的临床特点,以期提高心肺复苏的成功率。[方法]回顾性分析我院急诊科2004年1月～2006年12月的院前心肺复苏病人的临床资料,初步分析抢救与预后的关系。[结果]呼救-到达现场时间平均长达14min。复苏成功率1.23%。[结论]心搏骤停患者抢救的成功与否与抢救开始的时间、抢救人员专业水平、抢救措施是否正确密切密切相关。应该缩短呼救-到达现场时间,加强心肺复苏术在公众中的普及力度,提高专业人员水平。

ANALYSIS OF 243 PATIENTS OF PRE-HOSPITAL CARDIOPULMONARY RRESUSCITATION

[Objective] To investigate the clinical characteristics of cardiopulmonary resuscitation in patients with prehospital cardiac arrest,so as to improve the achievement ratio of cardiopulmonary resuscitation. [Methods] Clinical information of pre-hospital cardiopulmonary resuscitation from January 2004 to December 2006 in the emergency department of our hospital was analyzed retrospectively,the relationship between the prognosis and rescue was analyzed preliminarily. [Results] The average time from call to the scene is 14 minutes. The achievement ratio of cardiopulmonary resuscitation was 1.23% . [Conclusion] The success of cardiac arrest rescue rely on trigger in time,expertise of the rescue team,correct rescue method. The reaction time should be shortened,and the pervasion of cardiopulmonary resuscitation to the public should be raised,and the level of professional staff should be enhanced.
