基于“两型社会”目标的衡阳城市人居环境建设

随着科学技术进步，社会经济的快速发展，中国城市化进程加快，在城市化过程中出现一系列困扰人们的城市问题，如人口密集、交通拥挤、生态环境恶化、城市人居环境质量下降。城市生态化发展及“两型社会”和宜居生态城市成为城市人居环境建设的主要目标。对照“两型社会”目标及宜居生态城市标准和特征，基于衡阳宜居生态城市建设基础条件，通过怎样的途径解决宜居生态城市建设中存在的问题，如何将衡阳建设成为宜居生态城市是衡阳城市发展面临的新课题。

In reference to the goals of the bi-orientation society, the features and standards of habitable ecotype city, finding appropriate ways based on the foundation of constructing habitable ecotype city in Hengyang to solve the problems is a new project that Hengyang is now confronted with in constructing a habitable ecotype city.
