老年人腰椎间盘突出症

我院从1985年5月～1994年6目手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症696例，其中60岁-77岁发病者27例占3．88％。老年人的腰椎间盘突出常发生在腰椎退变基础上，伴有狭窄症状表现，即常同时表现为两种病变特点。本组中22例有不同程度的间歇性跛行．腰痛放射至下肢源13例，不能行走4例．小便失禁及尿储留各一例。本组病例中行单纯开窗、减压、髓核摘除术5例．全椎板切除3例，19例采用开窗、减压、髓核摘除侧德窝扩大术。22例随访中优良20例，差、可各一例。

SENILE LUMBAR DISC HERNIATION

696 cases with lumbar disc herniation were treated by operation from May, 1985 to June, 1994 in our department. Among them 27 cases (3. 88% ) were aged 60 to 70.Senilelumbar disc herniation usually based on vertebraedegeneration accompanying stricture symptoms. In this group 22 cases were lame intermittently in varying degrees. 13 cases had lumbar pain involvingshank, 4 cases were unable to walk, one case was uroclepsia and one case wasuroschesis. In treatment 5 cases were decompressed and their vertebra cores were removed 3 cases were cured by all vertebrectomy the rest were cured by half vertebrectomy. we followed up 22 patients for 6months to 8 years, the mean period was 18 months. The result showed that 20 caseswere excellent and one case was ordinary aswell as one was poor.
