固体酸催化合成N-苯基马来酰亚胺

摘    要:以马来酸酐和苯胺为原料在固体酸催化下合成了N-苯基马来酰亚胺,产物萃取提纯后进行定性定量分析。利用正交实验和数理统计的方法确定最佳合成工艺条件为:反应温度135℃,反应时间3 h,每1 mol苯胺的催化剂用量0.8 g,每1 mL苯胺的溶剂用量为7 mL,溶剂中V(二甲苯):V(二甲基甲酰胺)为80:1,产物收率95.7%,产物纯度99.9%。

Abstract:N-phenylmaleimide was synthesized from maleic ahydride and aniline over solid acid cata- lysts.Pure product was obtained and determined both qualitatively and quantitatively.On the basis of orthogonally designed experiments and the mathematical statistic method,the optimized technological parameters were obtained.Under the optimal conditions,i.e.,reaction temperature 135℃,reaction time 3 h,catalyst dosage 0.8g/mol (aniline),solvent dosage 7 mL/mL (aniline) with V(xylene)/ V(dimethylformamide)=80/1,the yield was 95.7% and the purity of the product was 99.9%.
