菱铁矿选矿现状

摘    要:对菱铁矿开发利用的必要性、菱铁矿特性、菱铁矿成因以及菱铁矿资源进行简单介绍,并对菱铁矿选矿现状进行了较为详细的阐述,重点叙述了菱铁矿的磁化焙烧、强磁选、浮选,其中介绍了高梯度磁选机对分选弱磁性矿物取得的成就以及浮选中捕收剂对赤铁矿、菱铁矿在不同矿浆pH中捕收效果,淀粉、水玻璃两种调整剂对赤铁矿、菱铁矿可浮性的影响;简单介绍了重选法、碱浸出-氧化法。针对各种选矿方法提供了实际生产中较为成功的选矿案例,为菱铁矿选矿提供了更多借鉴、参考方法。

Abstract:The exploitation and utilization necessity,characteristics,genesis and resources of siderite were briefly introduced,the current situation of beneficiation of siderite was represented in detail,magnetic roasting,high-intensity magnetic separation and flotation of siderite were emphasized,among which the achievements of high gradient magnetic separator for separating weak magnetic minerals,the effects of collectors for hematite and siderite on different slurry pH and the influence of the two regulators starch and sodium silicate on the floatability of hematite and siderite were introduced.Furthermore,the gravity separation process and alkaline leaching-oxidation method were also introduced.The successful cases of siderite beneficiation in actual production were offered to give some references.
