不同基因型杂交水稻种子试管内萌发及其植株再生的研究

摘    要:以3种不同基因型杂交水稻种子为材料,采用不同培养基和激素配比,对影响杂交水稻种子试管内萌发、芽诱导及植株再生的多种因素进行探究。实验结果表明:对于不同基因型杂交水稻种子,选择适宜的培养基无机盐水平和激素配比是提高水稻种子萌发效果的基础;而水稻芽诱导的效果取决于水稻的基因型,高浓度2,4-D抑制S1和S3杂交水稻芽的生长,但可促进S2杂交水稻芽的诱导和生根;活性炭对水稻诱导生根的效果随基因型而异,添加活性炭能够促进S1和S2型水稻无菌苗成活并获得再生植株,对S3型水稻无菌苗生根及植株再生有一定的抑制作用。

Abstract:Three different gene hybrid rice seeds were used as materials,the effects of different culture medium and the hormone allocated proportion on the sprout of the hybrid rice seed in the test tube,the bud induction and the plant regeneration were studied in this paper.The experimental result indicated that,for different gene hybrid rice seed,the culture medium density and the hormone allocated proportion is the foundation of enhancing the rice seeds sprout;But the key of the rice buds induction were decided by the rice's gene,high concentration 2,4-D inhibited the S1 and S3 hybrid rice bud growth,but could promote S2 hybrid rice shoot induction and rooting.The effect of AC on the root induction of rice varied with the genotype,adding activated carbon could promote S1 and S2 rice aseptic plantlets survive and its regeneration,and inhibit S3 rice aseptic plantlets rooting and plant regeneration to some extent.
