摘    要:板形控制系统是热连轧控制系统的核心部分.通过对安钢1780 mm热连轧生产线的板形控制系统进行研究,对生产中存在的问题进行了分析,提出了进一步提高板形控制精度的措施.通过对控制模型及其控制参数的优化,减小了热轧带钢内应力,改善了板形,提高了产品综合质量.

Abstract:The shape control system is the core of the hot strip rolling control system.It analyzes the problems existing in the production and puts forward some methods to improve the shape control precision based on the study of shape control system in Angang 1780 mm hot rolling line.Through the optimization of mathematical model and its control parameters,it reduces the internal stress of hot strip,improves strip flatness and product comprehensive quality.
