化学镀银层自组装防护膜的性能研究 |

摘 要: | 采用绿色化学镀的方法制备得到具有光滑致密银镀层、电阻为20~30 mΩ/□的镀银涤纶织物,在30~3 000 MHz频率范围内该镀银涤纶织物的平均电磁屏蔽效能为78.05 d B。采用Corr Test电化学工作站对十八烷基硫醇自组装膜防护的银镀层进行电化学分析,得到十八烷基硫醇自组装膜的缓蚀效率和覆盖度分别为98.4%和99.1%。点滴试验、接触角测试和加速腐蚀试验证明了十八烷基硫醇自组装膜提高了银镀层表面的疏水性和抗变色能力。

Abstract: | polyester fabric. The resistance of plating is 20~30 mΩ/□ and the average electromagnetic shielding effectiveness is 78.05 d B in the range of 30~3 000 MHz. Moreover, the corrosion protection properties of self-assembly membranes(SAMs) are discussed. The polarization curves and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy for the naked silver plating and C18H38 S SAMs- covered silver plating by Corr Test Electrochemical Workstation are measured. The SAMs inhibition efficiency is 98.4% and the film coverage is 99.1%. Meanwhile, spot test, accelerated corrosion test and contact angle measurement prove that octadecanethiol SAMs improves the hydrophobicity and anti-tarnish properties of the silver plating surface.electroless silver plating, self-assembly membrane, electrochemical measurement, spot test, ac- |
