基于Fuzzy-PID控制算法的匀速升温控制系统

摘    要:本文结合匀速升温控制系统的特点,为提高控制精度,将Fuzzy-PID算法应用于电阻炉温度控制系统,当误差较大时采用模糊控制,误差较小时采用模糊PID控制,本文还阐述了Fuzzy-PID控制器设计、硬件构成和软件设计,该系统到目前为止现场运行效果良好.

Abstract:According to the character of uniform velocity temperature Control system, to improve the control performance,a Fuzzy-PID controller is proposed.The fuzzy control is used when the error is large,and the PID is used when the error is small.This article also introduces the design of Fuzzy-PID controller, hardware circuit and software structure,Until now the running effect of this system is satisfactory.
