WC5矮型防爆柴油机无轨胶轮车的设计

为了适应神东集团薄煤层低矮巷道的运输要求,提出了一种WC5矮型防爆柴油机无轨胶轮车的设计方案。该矮型胶轮车采用成熟的WC5防爆柴油机无轨胶轮车设计技术,结合薄煤层巷道行驶的特点,对前机架局部超过规定高度的部分进行了改动,重新设计了后客厢,并增加了安全性方面的设计。实践证明,该矮型胶轮车的使用减轻了井下作业工人的劳动强度,提高了工作效率、安全性和舒适性。

Design of WC5 Low-height Explosion-proof Diesel Trackless Rubber-tyred Vehicle

In order to meet transportation requirement of low-height crawlway of Shendong Group,the paper proposed a design scheme of WC5 low-height explosion-proof diesel trackless rubber-tyred vehicle.The low-height vehicle was designed with mature design technology of WC5 explosion-proof diesel trackless rubber-tyred vehicle.Its part of front stand higher than regulation height was reformed combining with characteristics of driving in crawlway,back carriage was redesigned and safety design was also added to the low-height vehicle.The practice proved that the low-height vehicle decreases labor intensity of underground workers and improves work efficiency,safety and comfortableness.
