高校高水平运动员训练态度量表编制

根据访谈、半开放式问卷施测结果及理论假设,编制高校高水平运动员训练态度量表.结果表明:探索性因素分析确定量表包含训练目标态度、训练行为意向、训练情感体验、训练行为态度、训练行为认知5个因素,解释总变异的49.546%.总量表的α系数为0.877,分量表的α系数为0.562～0.749,重测信度为0.817.各分量表与总量表的相关系数r为0.554～0.851,相关显著(P0.01),量表的内容效度较好.各分维度之间的相关系数r为0.247～0.669,说明量表具有一定的结构效度.经验证性因素分析,修正后的模型结果显示均方根残差(RMSEA)为0.058,调整卡方(χ2/ν(自由度))为3.56,非范拟合指数(NNFI)为0.95,比较拟合指数(CFI)为0.96.以上数值表明量表具有较好的信度和效度,可用于高校高水平运动员训练态度的测试.

A TRAINING ATTITUDE SCALE FOR UNIVERSITY ATHLETES

A training attitude scale for university athletes was compiled after interviews,semi-open questionnaire survey and theoretical hypotheses.The measurement form consisted of 5 factors: teaching atmosphere and contents,teacher ability,student relationship,playgrounds and equipment,performance evaluation,training objectives attitude,training behavior intention,training emotional experience,training behavior and attitude,training cognitive behavior,which explain 49.546% of total variation;The a coefficient of the general measurement form was 0.877,the a coefficient of the sub measurement forms was somewhere between 0.562 and 0.749,the re-test reliability was 0.817;the correlation between various sub measurement forms and the general measurement form was somewhere between 0.554 and 0.851,and their correlation at level 0.01 was significant,which meant that the content validity of the measurement form was good;the correlation between various sub dimensions was somewhere between 0.247 and 0.669,which meant the measurement form had certain structural validity.The confirmatory factor analysis suggested that the four-factor model was good by confirmatory factor analysis(X2/ν is 3.56,NNFI is 0.95,CFI is 0.96,RMSEA is 0.058).This measurement form had good reliability and validity,could be used for testing training attitude for university athletes.
