热孔计法表征水泥基材料孔结构的热力学计算模型

摘    要:提出了一种采用热孔计法表征水泥基材料的内部微孔结构及其分布的新方法。利用热力学、相变等基本理论,建立了热孔计法表征水泥基材料孔结构的热力学计算模型,并研究了该方法表征水泥基材料的各种孔结构特征参数。结果表明,所建立的热孔计法孔结构热力学计算模型可用于表征水泥基材料中微孔的孔型、孔隙率、孔径分布等的孔结构信息,其结果具有再现性。

Abstract:A method of thermoporometry (TPM) characterizing pore structure and pore distribution of cement-based material was proposed. The thermodynamic calculational model of pore structure characterization of cement-based material by TPM was established based on theormodynamics and phase change theories. The pore structure parameters of cement-based material were investigated by the TPM. The results indicate that the micropore information of cement-based materials such as pore shape, porosity and pore distribution can be characterized by the thermodynamic calculational model.
