摘    要:以一给定参数的具有扭曲叶片的中比转速离心泵为研究对象,绘制其二维叶轮轴面投影图、蜗壳断面图以及蜗壳平面图,并使用UG NX6.0软件对其进行三维建模,将由UG导出的parosolid格式的三维流体域模型导入到CFX中进行网格划分,采用ANSYS CFX12.1软件对其内部流场进行数值模拟及性能预测,得出离心泵在设计工况及几个典型的非设计工况点的扬程、轴功率等反映离心泵外特性的数值计算结果,用OriginPro 8软件绘制出流量-扬程、流量-效率曲线,表明该泵的扬程随着流量的增大而减小,效率随着流量的增大而先增加后减小。

Abstract:The authors take a medium specific speed centrifugal pump with twisted blades as research object,and using given parameters,draw the axial projection figure of the impeller、spiral case section figure and spiral case plane figure.Then the components are modeled in three dimension by using software UG NX6.0.The 3D fluid zone model in parosolid form,which is exported by software UG,is imported to ICEM CFD,and meshed by grid tool CFX.ANSYS CFX12.1 is adopted to simulate the internal flow field and forecast the performance of the centrifugal pump.As a result,the centrifugal pump’s extra characters such as head,shaft power etc in design conditions and several typical off-design conditions are obtained.At last,the flow rate-head figure,flow rate-efficiency figure are drawn by software OriginPro 8.The results indicate that the pump’s head decreases as the flow rate increases,efficiency increases first and then decreases.The study provides important reference to designers.
