电感式磨粒在线监测传感器的激励特性分析

摘    要:针对电感磨粒传感器对小颗粒感应电动势微弱的现象,运用电磁原理、交流电原理、毕奥—萨伐尔原理,建立了该型传感器的感应电动势的数学模型,分析了激励频率、磨粒大小对感应电动势的影响,以及双磨粒通过传感器的情况,并进行了试验,验证了模型的正确性,为该型传感器的工程应用设计提供了依据。

Abstract:To solve problem of inductance wear particle sensor producing weak inductive electromotive force to small particles, with the principle of electromagnetic, alternating current ( AC ) principle, Biot-Savart principle, mathematical model of inductive electromotive force is deduced, incentive frequency, influence of wear particle size on inductive electromotive force and condition of two wear particles passing through the sensor and experiment is carried out, correctness of the model is verified by experiment, which provide basis for design of engineering application of this type of sensor.
