| 摘 要： | 阐述了采用包络原理加工圆柱分度凸轮的基本原理，并在此基础上找出产生凸轮廓面误差的原因，进而用矢量法分析了圆柱分度凸轮廓面的原始加工误差，从而有利于调整凸轮的加工工艺，提高圆柱分度凸轮廓面的加工精度。

| Abstract: | The basic principle is thoroughly stated in the paper, on processing cylindrical indexing cam through applying an envelope principle. Thereon, the error caused on the cam contour surface is found out. Furthurmore a vector method is applied to analyse the original processing error on the cylindrical indexing cam contour surface, which is favourable for adjusting the cam processing technique, and upgrading the machining accuracy of the cylindrical indexing cam contour surface. |
