This paper describes the several key technologies of the world' s synthetic resin industries recently. These include the dual mode polyethylene produced in a single reactor,the new propylene polymerization catalysts which use succinate as donor,multizone circulating reactor (MZCR) technology used for polypropylene production, high - crystallinity PP (HCPP) , the production technology of block polypropylene copolymer with good balance of rigidity and toughness and fluidness, anion polymerization technology for producing polystyrene as well as biobased plastics technologies.
