应用SMA复合橡胶支座的大跨度空间结构隔震研究

摘    要:目的为了减小地震作用下大跨度空间结构的地震响应,笔者对采用了SMA(形状记忆合金)复合橡胶支座隔震体系的大跨度空间结构的隔震效果进行了研究.方法通过SMA材料的拉伸试验验证了SMA材料的本构模型;设计了基于SMA材料的SMA复合橡胶支座,给出了SMA复合橡胶支座的工作原理和恢复力模型;建立了一大跨度空间结构的有限元计算模型,数值分析了计算模型在地震作用下采用SMA复合橡胶支座隔震体系后的隔震效果.结果计算结果表明:采用SMA复合橡胶支座隔震体系后,大跨空间结构的竖向位移可减小70%,控制杆件内力可减小70%以上.结论表明了SMA复合橡胶支座对大跨度空间结构是一种有效的隔震体系.

Abstract:In the paper,the vibration control on seismic response of long-span spatial structure with SMA-composite rubber bearing is performed.A constitutive model of SMA is established through the training and the test on properties of SMA.By employing the outstanding property,a new SMA-composite rubber bearing is developed,and its model of restoring is built.The analysis model of long-span spatial structure is built based on the SMA-composite rubber bearings,and the time-history analysis of the seismic responses of isolated long-span spatial structure is performed.It is proved by numerical results that the seismic responses of the long-span spatial structure may decrease by 70% due to the SMA-composite rubber bearing.A conclusion is drawn that the isolation system of SMA-composite rubber bearing is suitable to long-span spatial structure and its effects of isolation are excellent..
