早期康复护理对中风偏瘫患者肢体功能的影响

目的:观察早期康复护理对中风偏瘫患者肢体功能的影响。方法:采用随机分组设计,将40例中风偏瘫患者分为常规护理组和早期康复护理组,早期康复护理组在常规护理的基础上予早期康复处理,包括良肢位摆放、肢体按摩、康复训练、心理指导等,以简式Fugl-Meyer评定量表(FMA)、ADL评定量表等评定两组患者治疗前后的变化,以观察疗效。结果:治疗后早期康复护理组日常生活能力和躯体运动能力评分都高于常规护理组(P<0.01)。结论:早期康复护理能更好地促进中风偏瘫患者肢体功能的恢复。

Influence of Early Rehabilitation Nursing on Extremities Function in Patients with Paralysis Caused by Stroke

Objective:To study the influence of early rehabilitation nursing on extremities function in the patients with paralysis caused by stroke.Methods:Using randomized design,40 cases of patients with paralysis caused by stroke were divided into conventional nursing group and early rehabilitation nursing group.The early rehabilitation nursing group were given conventional nursing treatment and intervened with early rehabilitation,which included putting the limbs in right position,massage for the limbs,healing practice beside the bed,guiding the mental life.Then the therapeutic effects were evaluated on the differences before and after the treatment by brief Fugl-Meyer assessment(FMA) scale and ADL rating scale.Results:After the treatment,the daily life ability and body movement ability score of early rehabilitation nursing group higher than those of the conventional nursing group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The early rehabilitation nursing can significantly improve extremities function of patients with paralysis caused by stroke.
