桩梁托换与断柱顶升建筑物综合纠偏技术

摘    要:通过在柱间设置连续承台梁,并用锚杆静压桩对基础进行加固,使加固基础形成桩-承台梁托换结构;用断柱顶升法对上部结构进行整体纠偏,使建筑物回复垂直。因地基承载力不足而引起建筑物不均匀沉降产生整体倾斜时,采用该综合纠偏技术安全可靠、效果明显。

Abstract:By setting continuous capping beam between columns and strenthing foundation with anchors piles,the stranthed foundation forms underpinning structure for pile-capping beams. Since integral rectifying tilt for the superstructure is done by cutting columns and jacking up, the building is recovered vertical. As the bullding's integral tilt is cused by the differential settlement for the lack of ground bearing capacity, the combined Rectifying Tilt technology should be used because it's safe, reliable and effective.
