| 摘 要： | 利用羊绒分梳机对脱胶后的汉麻纤维进行分梳,对分梳前后的汉麻纤维及分梳的落麻纤维的细度、长度进行测试,并对测试数据进行统计分析。对汉麻纤维长度和细度数据取对数处理验证了数据的可靠性。测试分析结果表明:分梳后汉麻纤维细度提高了15.3%,同时纤维细度不匀率降低了46.5%;汉麻的平均长度比分梳前减小了1.6%,但是长度整齐度提高了13.8%;用羊绒分梳设备对汉麻纤维分梳,去粗效果很好;大大降低了汉麻纤维长度、细度变异,为进一步开发汉麻/羊绒混纺纱线及织物奠定了基础。
