| 摘 要： | 改善交通基础设施状况是西部大开发的主要目标之一。分析了西部交通基础设施发展的总体状况,并对各省区情况及其相互差距进行了统计测算和静态比较分析,发现政策对西部交通设施的影响具有两面性。通过聚类分析,归纳出当前西部省区交通基础设施发展状况的四种类型。最后分析了不同类型基础设施对西部的影响。

| Abstract: | The improvement of transport infrastructure is one goal of Western Development Program.This paper introduces the development of western transport infrastructure,and makes statistical measurements and Comparative Static Analysis on provinces' related development and gaps among them.It's concluded that policies' impact on transport infrastructure has two sides.Then western transport infrastructure is classified into four types based on cluster analysis.Finally,the paper analyzes the influence of each type of infrastructure on western part. |
