| 摘 要： | 目的:了解高脂喂养对于发育期大鼠骨形成的影响,并探讨骨密度(BMD)与内脏脂肪及血清瘦素间的相关性。方法:两组5周龄雄性Wistar大鼠,分别给予普通饲料(CON组)和高脂饲料(HF组)喂养12周,双能X线仪(DXA)检测BMD,ELISA法检测血瘦素值。结果:两组大鼠体重无明显差异,但HF组内脏脂肪/体重比明显增高;HF组股骨BMD明显低于CON组,而血清瘦素水平高于CON组,内脏脂肪比及瘦素与股骨BMD呈负相关。结论:给予发育期大鼠高脂喂养会导致腰椎骨密度下降,其中的机制可能与内脏脂肪的堆积有关,同时还受脂源性瘦素的调节。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the influence of high fat(HF) diet on the bone mineral density of growing rats,and to explore the correlation among visceral fat,serum leptin and bone mineral density.Methods: Twelve 5-week-old male Wistar rats were fed with high fat diet for 12 weeks.Bone parameters were assessed by dural energy X-ray assay(DXA),and serum leptin was detected by ELISA.Results: HF rats had the same body mass as contols,but the visceral fat/body mass ratio was higher,and bone mineral density(BMD) was... |
