| 摘 要： | 目的探讨内镜下切除直径≤1 cm直肠类癌的疗效及安全性。方法结肠镜检查发现黏膜下肿物,行内镜超声检查(EUS),怀疑为类癌的病例行内镜下黏膜切除(EMR)切除,并观察治疗效果。结果直径≤1cm直肠类癌8例,本组病例成功率为100%,无一例出现出血、穿孔等严重并发症。1年内随访病例无复发。结论结肠镜结合超声微探头对直径≤1 cm直肠类癌进行诊治是一种安全有效的治疗方法,具有临床应用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To study curative effect and security of endoscopic resection operation on rectal carcinoid with diameter smaller than one centimeter.Methods Rectal submucosal tumors detected by endoscopy and located in mucous/submucous membrane oriented by endoscopic ultrasonography(EUS) were resected through high frequence electroectomy.Results Eight cases of rectal carcinoid which diameter smaller than one centimeter were all cured through endoscopic operation and no side-effect was observed.All cases had no recurrence in one year after operation.Conclusion Endoscopy combined with EUS resection is safe and effective to small recal carcinoid. |
