| Abstract: | Currently,the reform of the ideological and political education about undergraduates should be based on the full realization of modernization,and on the implementation of the Seventeenth Congress which puts forward：we need to step up education about citizenship and establish socialist concepts of democracy,the rule of law,freedom,equality,equity and justice）.The reform should realize the integration of ideological and political education and civic education with which to educate the modern citizens. |
