| 摘 要： | 介绍了基于组态软件WinCC Flexible2007和西门子S7—200PLC的汽车空调分装装配台架电气控制部分开发和设计。该台架采用S7—200PLC和触摸屏TP177A控制，能实现汽车空调的自动涂油和扭矩自动检测、具备防差错控制功能、实时监测所有工作状态以及电路旁通功能。

Automobile Air Conditioner Assembly Workstation System Based on Software and PLC |

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the electrical theory and design of automobile air conditioner assembly workstation system based on configuration software WinCC Flexible 2007 and Siemens PLC S7-200.The assembly workstation is controlled by S7-200 PLC and touch screen TP177A,and has the fuctions of automatic greese,driving torque detection,error and mistake proofing, real-time monitoring all the status of the system and bypass of the circuit. |
