摘    要:冬季供热采暖期是我国广大北方地区的能源消耗高峰期,由于我国采用的供热采暖形式较为单一,曾多次出现燃料供应紧张状况。建筑结构本身存在的保温问题、供热采暖系统存在的失调问题,加上人们对日常节能工作的忽视,都造成了有限能源的浪费。以实现建筑节能的阶段性目标为目的,结合近年来对建筑采暖状况的调查研究结果,肯定了“行为节能”的做法,并提倡用户在整个冬季供热采暖过程中采用各种各样的节能手段和方法,有效地降低建筑供热采暖能耗,节约能源。

Abstract:Energy consumption is very huge in the heating season for Northern China. Because the type of heating system is very simple, fuel supply has been of shortage for many times. The reasons causing energy waste include poor building insulation, hydraulic imbalance of heating system, and little attention to energy conservation. Aiming at the objective of building energy conservation, the behavior energy conservation combined with the recent building heating investigation is confirmed, and various energy-saving measures to reduce heat consumption and save energy are advocated.
