刺玫果研究进展

摘    要:刺玫果药食同源、营养独特,具有良好的医疗保健作用,其已广泛应用于医药、食品等各个领域。目前从刺玫果中提取的化学成分主要为维生素、矿物元素、氨基酸、黄酮类、皂苷类、多糖类、鞣质类等。近年来的研究表明,刺玫果在抗肿瘤,抗氧化,对心脑血管系统、免疫系统的作用等方面具有特殊的药理作用和功效。本文综述了刺玫果在化学成分和药理作用方面的最新进展,为刺玫果的开发和利用提供参考。

Research Progress of Fructus Rosae Davuricae

Abstract:Fructus Rosae Davuricae has been used in many fields such as medical treatment, health care and food since its unique nutrition. The main chemical constituents separated from fructus Rosae Davuricae are vitamins, minerals, amino acids, flavonoids, saponins, polysaccharides and tannins. Modern pharmacological studies have demonstrated that fructus Rosae Davuricae performs significantly in anti-tumor, anti-oxidation, cardiovascular and immune system. The recent research progress on the chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of fructus Rosae Davuricae are reviewed in this article, which could provide references for the further utilization of the plant.
