| 摘 要： | 目的：评定采用高效液相色谱（HPLC）法测定复方芩兰口服液中黄芩苷含量的不确定度。方法：对HPLC法测定复方芩兰口服液中黄芩苷含量的全过程进行分析，对于分析过程中称量、溶液配制、分析仪器等影响因素引起的不确定度进行了评定，根据各分量计算出合成不确定度并进行扩展。结果：置信概率P为95％时，复方芩兰口服液中黄芩苷的扩展不确定度为0.2mg/mL。结论：本方法适用于HPLC法测定复方芩兰口服液中黄芩苷浓度的不确定度评定。

| Abstract: | Objective：To Assess the uncertainty of baicalin determination using high performance liquid chromatography （HPLC） method for the determination of Compound Qin Lan Oral Solution. Methods：To analyze uncertainty factors in the whole process of ba-icalin determination for Compound Qin Lan Oral Solution of baicalin by HPLC, process weighing, solution preparation, analytical in-struments and other factors were evaluated for uncertainty analysis, uncertainty was calculated and extended according to each compo-nent. Results：with confidence probability （P）95%, the expanded uncertainty of baicalin in Compound Qin Lan Oral Solutionthe was 0.2mg/mL. Conclusion： This method is applicable to Baicalin determination uncertainty evaluation of Compound Qin Lan Oral by HPLC. |
