针刺联合推拿对颈椎病患者疗效及血液流变学的影响

目的:探讨针刺联合推拿对颈椎病患者疗效及血液流变学的影响。方法:将120例颈椎病患者采用多中心、随机、双盲的方法分为治疗组和对照组,对照组单纯采用针刺治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上采用推拿治疗,比较两组疗效及血液流变学变化。结果:治疗组总有效率93.3%,显著高于对照组80.0%(P<0.05)。治疗组的全血黏度、红细胞比容的改善显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针刺联合推拿可显著改善颈椎病患者的血液流变学指标,缓解症状,提高疗效。

Effect and blood rheology of patients with cervical spondylosis treated with acupuncture combined with massage

Objective:to explore the effect of acupuncture combined with massage on effect and blood rheology in patients with cervical spondylosis.Methods:120 patients with cervical spondylosis were divided into the treatment group and the control group by the multicenter,randomized,double blind method,the control group was given simple acupuncture treatment,and the treatment group was given massage on the basis of the control group,two groups were compared with curative effect and the change of blood rheology.Result:the total efficiency was 93.3% in the treatment group was higher than 80% in the control group(P<0.05).The improvement index of the whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,erythrocyte aggregation significantly in the treatment group was better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:acupuncture combined with massage for cervical spondylosis patients can significantly improve the indexes of blood rheology,relieving the patient's symptoms and the treatment effect.
