变频高压发泡设备及其在聚氨酯生产线上的应用

介绍了一机双头高压发泡设备通过电机变频调速实现注射流量差别较大的两个混合头注射要求的方法。通过自动控制模式(PID)和闭环流量控制,可以实现计量泵较大范围的计量,当较小混合头工作时,电机转速减少,计量泵输出流量减少,相当于一台小型高压发泡机,当较大混合头工作时,电机转速增加,相当于一台较大型高压发泡机。同时介绍了变频高压发泡机的主要配置和在聚氨酯生产线上的应用。

Frequency Conversion High Pressure Foaming Machine and Its Application in the Polyurethane Production Line

The method of flow adjustment of the double mixing head pressure foaming machine through motor frequency conversion rotate speed adjustment to achieve the injection requirement of two mixing heads with different flow capacity was introduced. A wide flow range could be adjusted through PID and closed-loop control. The reformed system equivalent a small high pressure foaming machine though high motor rotate speed, pump output flow of small mixing head and equivalent a big high pressure foaming machine through low motor rotate speed, pump output flow of big mixing head. The configuration of frequency conversion high pressure foaming machine and its application in PU production line were also introduced.
