摘    要:液晶面板定位夹持装置是液晶显示面板自动光学检测设备中一个比较重要的装置,其定位精度要求高,须由定位微调机构保证液晶面板与光学头的扫描轨迹垂直。该定位微调机构主要由气动滑台、滚珠丝杠、丝杠支座组件、直线导轨、步进电机和联轴器等部件组成。通过选型设计和校核计算,符合生产工作要求,尤其是步进电机的选择,可实现速度和位置精确控制,平稳可靠。

Abstract:Positioning and clamping device of LCD panel is an important device in automatic optical detection equipment of LCD panel.Its positioning accuracy is required to be high.The scanning trajectory of LCD panel and optical head must be perpendicular to each other by positioning and micro-adjustment mechanism.The positioning micro-adjustment mechanism is mainly composed of pneumatic slider,ball screw,screw support component,linear guide rail,stepping motor and coupling.Through type selection design and checking calculation,it meets the requirements of production work,especially the selection of stepper motor.It can realize accurate control of speed and position,and is stable and reliable.
