摘    要:大塅水库蓄水运行近20a,库水对坝基帷幕产生了溶蚀,防渗面板裂缝、露筋、碳化以及施工错缝、廊道漏水析钙严重,大坝防渗体系存在安全隐患,溢流坝段下游消力池不满足要求,消力坎下游水毁严重.针对大坝各种病害进行加固设计,尤其对坝体防渗、溢流坝段消能工改造进行了方案比较论证,推选浆砌石重力坝采用新型防溶蚀混凝土防渗面板和防溶蚀...

Rehabilitation technique for masonry gravity dam of Daduan reservoir

Abstract:After 20-year operation, many diseases appeared in Daduan reservoir dam, such as corrosion in dam foundation curtain, cracks on impervious concrete surface, exposure of steel bars, carbonation, dislocation of joints, calcium bleeding in gallery, poor impervious system and stilling pool as well as damage of baffle wall. Aiming to solve the problems occurred, the rehabilitation by application of anti-seepage face slab and foundation cutoff curtain made by anti-corrosion concrete was adopted. Further, new-type polyurea and acrylic-emulsion cement mortar were painted on the overflow surface to improve its performance of erosion wear resistance and carbonation resistance. As well, a new stilling pool was constructed downstream the original stilling pool to enhance its energy dissipation effect. The design scheme of Daduan masonry gravity dam is worthy of reference to similar projects.
