摘    要:报道了用sol gel方法在玻璃管上制备二氧化钛薄膜对清除乙烯气体的光催化实验,研究了二氧化钛一次镀膜对乙烯浓度随催化反应时间的变化关系。结果发现,二氧化钛镀膜有较好的清除乙烯的效果,当反应进行到46h时乙烯气体的色谱峰完全消失,即乙烯气体已经被完全清除掉,对相同处理条件下的二氧化钛粉体做XRD分析知该条件下的二氧化钛为锐钛矿晶型。

C2H4 removal by gas photocatalysis reaction of TiO2 film coated on glass pipe
Abstract:TiO_2 thin film was prepared by sol-gel method on glass pipe and the C_2H_4 gas photocatalysis reactions were studied. The relation between concentration of C_2H_4 gas and the reaction time was reported here by using one time coating of TiO_2 thin film on the glass pipe as photocatalyst. The results show that the TiO_2 film favorites the degradation of C_2H_4, and the peak of C_2H_4 disappeared after the reaction for 46?h, that is to say, C_2H_4 has been cleared out and XRD method was used to characterize the powder under the same situation, the result indicates that the crystal phases of TiO_2 is anatase. 
