太钢5号高炉操作炉型的管理实践

摘    要:高炉-代炉役期存在由设计炉型向操作炉型的转变过程,太钢5号高炉操作人员针对5号高炉的设计、运行特点,总结出符合其炉型演变、维护要求的管理制度,其中包括原燃料管理、布料矩阵调整、冷却制度调整、炉体温度分析与控制以及硬质耐火料压入维护炉衬的方法。运用这些管理方法,5号高炉能够长期保持合理操作内型,取得了利用系数2.5t/(m^-3·d^-1),煤比180kg/t以上的先进生产指标。

Abstract:In the furnace campaign of blast furnace, there is a change from the design profile to the operational profile. According to the design and operation characteristics of the No.5 blast furnace, a set of operation regulations, including the management of raw materials, the adjustment of burden distribution, the adjustment of cooling system etc, were set up by the TISCO operators which were suit for the No.5 furnace proule chunging process. The practice proved that the operation regulations are suit for the operational furnace profile of No.5 blast furnace and good results (including the blast furnace productivity is 2.5t/m^3.d, and the coal ratio is higher than 180kg/t) have been achieved.
